Return & Cancellation
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our focus and Priority. We want you happy each and every time whenever you buy from us. However if with some reasons you are not happy with the product then the following terms and conditions will apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.
Wish foam & furnishing co. provides you the best of quality when it comes to our products. However, if you are not happy with your purchase with some reason; you may return the product unused and product should be as it was at the time of purchase, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging within 7 days from the date of purchase on which these goods are delivered. We shall not refund of the cost of the product – but the customer will be eligible to get the item replaced with any of the available item.
Please note that we are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing.
You need to notify us first before returning any product. You may do this by contacting us “Contact Us” page on our web site before returning any product.
Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at wish foam & furnishing co., within 24 hours of receipt of product.
If you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 7 days from the date of receiving your product. Note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
